Daniel Bertaccini is an experienced complex commercial litigator who has represented individuals, businesses, financial institutions and financial services companies in individual and class actions, both in federal and state court. Mr. Bertaccini litigates numerous civil litigation matters at both the trial and appellate level. Mr. Bertaccini also has experience representing companies interfacing with state and federal regulators. He has conducted internal investigations for companies and also represented investors in business disputes. Mr. Bertaccini's pro bono matters have included representing victims of trafficking in enforcing their rights under federal and state law.

Daniel Yost has significant experience representing financial services companies, consumer banks, insurers, management consulting firms and other companies in individual, class-action, and multi-district litigation. Mr. Yost has a wide range of experience, including matters involving state and federal consumer protection statutes, mass torts, fair lending and fair housing laws, copyright law, employment discrimination, judgment enforcement, and appeals. He has also handled high-stakes state and federal government investigations. Mr. Yost’s pro bono matters have focused on asylum claims for refugees and housing rights for New York City tenants.
